| No longer including the "Bank of
Scotland" it's still a time trial, its still two banks;
(just the same one twice) and an off-road section between them
on the riverbank (so maybe that's 3 banks). |
ENTRY:
£3 (+£2 U/A)
ON THE DAY - 6:00pm onwards
The event:
5.5km (approx) on road and footpaths (Minimum age 13 years).
- There is a shorter course (approx 4k) for 11-12 year olds
- Run as a time trial with runners starting every 30 seconds.
First runner away 7.15
The route: Within the village, from the village green,
out to the West to the top of the Castle Bank, back the same
way and then North along the Pedwell to the river. East along
the riverbank to the steps up to the road. West through the village
back to the top of the Castle Bank. Return to finish back at
the green.
Entry:-: Only on the night,
Prizes/Trophies: For overall winners; male and female
categories, 11-12 year olds and teams of 3 runners
